15-Day Homestay Schedule

Day 1–2: Arrival and Initial Evaluation

• Airport pickup and check-in at a homestay residence near Clínica Universidad de los Andes

• Rest and orientation session

• Neurological consultation and diagnostic assessments

Day 3–6: Medical Testing and Treatment Planning

• Neurological imaging (MRI, CT, or PET scans as required)

• Medication and physiotherapy assessment

• Multidisciplinary evaluation (neurology, rehabilitation, psychology)

• Preoperative consultation if deep brain stimulation is planned

Day 7–10: Procedure and Early Recovery

• Surgical intervention (if applicable) or start of advanced therapy program

• In-hospital coordination and patient-family support

• Assistance during discharge and transition to homestay care

Day 11–14: Postoperative Rehabilitation and Monitoring

• Follow-up medical appointments

• Physiotherapy and motor coordination exercises

• Psychological and emotional support

Day 15: Final Evaluation and Departure
